Every order is carefully packed and individually inspected before shipping to ensure quality. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our commitments, which is why we have established this Returns & Refunds Policy.
If your product is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, you may request either a refund or a replacement.
A video clearly showing the defect will be required.
Once reviewed by our defective orders team, we will proceed with a refund or replacement, according to your preference.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason and without penalties, except for return shipping costs (see Section 3 below).
As a commercial gesture, we extend this period and accept return requests up to 30 days after delivery, provided all return conditions below are met.
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you have 14 days to return the product.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Any product that is worn, damaged, incomplete, or used will not be eligible for a refund.
If damage occurs during return shipping, the customer remains responsible, and no refund will be issued.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, initial shipping fees are refunded when applicable.
If the original delivery was free of charge, no shipping costs will be refunded, as no amount was charged.

If your order is not delivered within 60 days after payment, you may request a full refund, even if the delay is due to external circumstances (logistics issues, strikes, carrier disruptions, etc.).
To be eligible for a return:
Contact our customer support first at support@zenimy.co. Return instructions will be provided.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, in new and unused condition.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, and insurance where applicable, for items valued over €75.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not yet received your refund:
Check your bank statement.
Contact your card issuer, as processing delays may occur.

You may request an exchange (size change or defective/damaged item) within 30 days of delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Zenimy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed to the provided address.
Upon request, we can provide proof of delivery, carrier details, and tracking information.
Zenimy cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
